YOU love cooking, or you love someone cooking for you, or because you one day hope that you will do all the cooking you’ve been dreaming of. First of all there is the smell, a mixture of all sorts of lovely scents... coffee, spices, herbs. Then there are the goodies. Everything that you need to create the contents of a dream kitchen is here.
Let’s start with coffee... Love The Cook’s blends are available as whole beans or ground. Flavors include Pecan Sticky Bun, Double Double Vanilla, Hazelnut, Peruvian Organic, and their house blend.
As for teas, there are classics (Darjeeling, Earl Gray), newer blends (Summer Breeze, Emperor Of Japan) and flavored green teas like Strawberry Cream and Almond Cookie.
There are more spices, oils, sauces, mustards (you have to love Maine Maple Champagne, and Wasabi Lime), herbs and salad dressings than you can shake a wooden spoon at (they have those, too). Then there are gadgets like the Hot Spots, which are silicone pads that act as trivets, hot pads, jar openers, and provide the perfect surface for mixing bowls and cutting boards. With these ingredients, you’ll probably be in need of some guidance, and that’s taken care of, too, since Love The Cook has a great selection of cookbooks.
