Why Should I Go?
THE winery houses a superbly-equipped tasting room and Barrel Cave. You can sit back on the beautiful deck overlooking the grapevine trellis and sip from the selection of award-winning wines that are made here.
How about bringing your family over for a taste in the wine shop, then picnic on the vineyard lawn.  Or take the winery tour, sponsored by MAC, which will explain how the wine is made. If you are a regular wine-by-the-case buyer, you might be interested in the Case Club, a members-only group that offers special invites and discounts.
Hard to believe this gorgeous vineyard has been in existence for 12 years. The Craig family, owners of the renowned Washington Inn restaurant, took over operations in 2003,  with winemaker Darren Hesington.
Try the Isaac Smith line of wines, named after a coffin maker from the 1820s who resided on the current Craig Estate, off Broadway in Cape May.
